How it works
- Submit the form below with your account details.
- Our team reviews the request and may ask for identity verification.
- After validation, we process account deletion according to our retention and legal obligations.
What will be deleted
- Your account profile and access credentials.
- Favorites, notification preferences, drafts, reviews, and other non-essential in-app records.
- Personal data linked to your account when there is no legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, fraud, or dispute retention requirement.
What may be retained
- Transaction and financial records (for example purchases, payments, refunds, invoices, and dispute evidence) required by law.
- Security and anti-fraud records, including mandatory application access logs where applicable (for example, Marco Civil da Internet, art. 15).
- Minimum data needed for legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, audit, or rights-defense obligations, as allowed by LGPD art. 16.
How long it takes
- Initial triage response: within 7 business days.
- Final deletion: follows our current policy with a 30-day grace period before permanent removal.
- If ownership verification is needed, completion time can extend accordingly.
